THE LITTLE PRINCE Ballet to HUMAN music

Premiere at Leipzig Opera on 4 March 2023

"The Little Prince" and his planetary journey have enchanted children and adults all over the world since 1943.

The Leipzig Ballet is now reinterpreting this timeless plea for friendship and humanity together with the Puerto Rican choreographer and Faust Prize winner Bryan Arias.
In addition to two pieces of music by Ralph Vaughan Williams and Milana Zilnik, the HUMAN orchestral suite by Helge Burggrabe has been selected, played live by the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra conducted by Dominik Beykirch.

The choreographic premiere of "The Little Prince" will take place on 4 March 2023 at the Leipzig Opera, with further performances to follow on 12/17/25 March, 09/10 April, 01 May, 14/18/23 June.
