Inspired by HUMAN, the Bremen Kunsthalle is presenting a selection of several hundred paper bags until the end of July. The question " What do I contribute to a more humane world?" is printed on them. The answers given by many hundreds of people of all generations are diverse, admonishing, challenging, connecting.
The artist Johannes Volkmann had the idea for this action, which was opened on Bremen's market square and also invited people to reflect and talk here. The art project is also accompanied by the choreographers Wilfried van Poppel and Amaya Lubeigt, who realised the HUMAN Community Dance premiere in Bremen.
